Just thought I will share an interesting post on ways to get rid of cellulite :)
Back then, when I had a personal trainer at the gym,
I always did the exercises stated below in this post and it did work.
The results were amazing, everyone should try it.
Unfortunately, I did not continue these simple exercise ever since my gym membership
ended & because of work schedule and stuffs.

Here are five simple steps you can participate in
1. Hydrate. Eat watermelon. Eating water rich foods is more effective than drinking water.
You can buy a watermelon slice during your lunch time.
Make H2O your best friend everyday.
2. Exercise. Do lots of cardio and chances are, you'll lessen the look of cellulite.
Cardiovascular exercise: jogging, running, fast walking, swimming or cycling (long distance & fast)
3. Look for a cellulite cream with caffeine or aminophylline and theophylline.
These creams only temporarily eliminates water in the connective tissue,
making cellulite look less noticeable. Hence, these creams alone will not work.

4. The most effective way: Lunges! If the cellulite is in your thighs, do squats.
By doing Squats & Lunges, you will build up lean muscles in your butt and thighs, two cellulite-prone areas.
You will do each of these exercises in sets.
One Set may consists of 10 squats, then switch to
10 -15 lunges(alternate your legs during this exercise)

Do about 4-5 sets everyday if possible. Or thrice a week.
5. If all else fails, cover it up with a tan.
Visually, your leg will appear slimmer when they're darker.
